Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial control systems and software.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex automation system failures to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Maintain, upgrade, and improve existing automated equipment and control systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation for new automation projects.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) including programming and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP) and networking.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motor control, and other automation hardware.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) for operational insights.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA-95 or ISA-88.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP integration.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in process improvement methodologies.
