Audio/Visual Technician

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Audio/Visual (AV) Technician to join our Managed Services team onsite. In this role, you will be the first responder for AV troubleshooting, conference room setups, and equipment maintenance.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inventory and inspections of conference room supplies and AV equipment.
Assist users with room setup, AV connections, and meeting launch support.
Perform basic repairs, routine troubleshooting, and maintenance (e.g., changing projector lamps).
Provide excellent onsite customer service and technical assistance.
Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate service logs.
