Sparkle360 Housekeeping LLC is a locally owned, licensed, and insured cleaning company proudly serving Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee Counties. We specialize in residential homes, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleanings, commercial offices, and real estate-ready cleaning services.

Position Overview

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces. Whether you have professional cleaning experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and commercial properties
• Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings
• Perform move-in and move-out deep cleanings
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Make beds and stage properties when needed
• Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Report maintenance concerns or damages
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing, bending, and climbing stairs throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check

Pay & Benefits

• Paid training $17
• Cleaning Tech 1 $20.00
• Cleaning Tech 2 $22.00
• Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises
• Performance bonuses available
• Paid drive time between job sites (where applicable)

Schedule

• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
• Monday-Friday with optional weekend availability
