University Home Care Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Seasoned PT with homecare experience to join our team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience! This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide personalized physical therapy services to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their recovery and overall well-being. If you are dedicated to delivering quality care and possess extensive homecare expertise, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes according to established care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy while fostering patient independence
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience in homecare physical therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Region.
- Competitive hourly wage of $70.00 - $80.00 per visit, paid bi-weekly
