Position Overview
The Fire Alarm Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of fire alarm systems across various construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations while leading a team to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and other relevant safety codes.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors in the implementation of fire alarm projects.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals and pricing for fire alarm contracts and negotiations with clients and general contractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during installation or maintenance phases.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fire alarm systems with other building safety measures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire alarm management and construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems including Siemens, Kidde, Notifier, Silent Knight, Gamewell, Simplex, and others.
• NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems is preferred.
• Experience with project management and leadership roles in operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction.
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
