Location: Detroit, Troy, Ann Arbor, Lansing, or Grand Rapids
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Compensation: Flexible depending on experience, practice focus, and portable book of business
About the Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected Michigan-based law firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney to join its growing healthcare practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working closely with healthcare organizations, physicians, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare entities on complex regulatory, transactional, compliance, and operational matters. The firm is continuing to expand its healthcare capabilities across multiple Michigan offices and is seeking a strong attorney who can contribute strategically to long-term client relationships and continued practice growth.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated healthcare matters involving federal and Michigan healthcare regulations, healthcare transactions, investigations, compliance counseling, governance, and reimbursement issues. Attorneys in this group are trusted advisors to healthcare clients navigating increasingly complex legal and operational environments.
The firm offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where experienced attorneys are encouraged to grow their practices, deepen client relationships, and contribute to the future direction of the healthcare group. Portable business is valued, and attorneys seeking a long-term platform for continued growth, succession planning, or practice expansion will find strong support and flexibility here.
Hybrid flexibility is strongly supported, with attorneys generally encouraged to work in-office approximately three days per week while maintaining autonomy and flexibility based on client and practice needs.
