Sales Manager – Money Transfer & Remittance Services

Company Overview:
Atlantic Xchange LLC is a licensed and growing money transfer company operating in multiple U.S. states, offering international remittance services. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead agent acquisition, manage existing agent relationships, and drive transaction growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new money transfer agents and retail partners.
• Manage and support existing agents to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Monitor daily agent performance, transaction volumes, and sales KPIs.
• Provide training and support on compliance, pricing, marketing, and system use.
• Work closely with compliance and operations teams to maintain regulatory standards.
• Build and implement regional growth strategies based on market insights.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the remittance, MSB, or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of money transfer agent networks and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage a multi-agent network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Bilingual (English + Arabic or Bengali) is a strong plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to travel regionally as needed.
