️ What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.

• Identify and communicate maintenance and repair needs clearly and effectively.

• Coordinate daily operations and workflow with technicians.

• Use your sales skills to explain services and upsell appropriately.

• Ensure top-notch quality control and shop efficiency.

• Handle inventory, order parts, and monitor profit margins.

• Reach out to local businesses to grow commercial accounts.

• Track performance with daily and weekly reports.

• Mentor and lead team members to success.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of sales and customer service experience in a professional auto repair setting.

• Strong computer literacy with automotive-based software.

• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven leadership, training, and time-management abilities.

• Familiarity with National Fleet Accounts and Aftermarket Warranty Companies .

• Valid Michigan Driver’s License with clean record.

• Must pass background and drug screening.

In July 2024, Auto DR expanded into a new 12,000 sq ft facility equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology to continue delivering top-notch service .
