Call Center Representative

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our collaborative team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer calls and respond to all inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Efficiently schedule sales appointments
- Follow up with customers to address questions or concerns
- Keep accurate, up-to-date customer records in our system
- Provide support to internal departments as needed
- Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive and remarkable experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of proven customer service experience; call center background strongly preferred
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software (preferred)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with rotating Saturday shifts
