Lawn Care Specialist
We’re Hiring: Lead Lawncare Specialist
Martin Lawn Care LLC, Jackson, MI
Are you a seasoned lawncare pro with a strong work ethic and leadership skills? We’re looking for the best of the best to join our team as a Lead Lawncare Specialist.
This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with growth potential for the right individual.
✅ Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 3 years of lawncare experience
- Must have experience pulling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to work weekends
- Leadership experience is a must – this is a lead worker role
- Snow plowing experience is a big plus (not required but preferred)
