Be the expert keeping production flowing. We are hiring for a Second Shift Maintenance Technician at a global metal component manufacturer supplying the automotive and aerospace industries in Troy, MI. This critical role offers a preferred 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM), with the potential for overtime on Fridays. Experience repairing both newer and older machines/equipment is ideal. Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM tasks, inspections, and adjustments to machinery to prevent failure.
• Electrical Systems: Work with and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including up to 480V and control circuits and servo drives.
• Mechanical Systems: Maintain and repair mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets, and seals. Perform pipefitting and tubing repair.
• Facilities Maintenance: Assist with general building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC and lighting systems, if needed.
• Documentation: Accurately document all maintenance work performed.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all plant safety regulations.
