Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). This role requires a senior‑level Technology Program Manager capable of overseeing end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure programs.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of complex enterprise technology programs (apps, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure), ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and resources are met.

• Translate technical concepts into clear roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable OKRs; maintain the platform roadmap and prioritize features/use cases.

• Lead Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban): run ceremonies, define user stories, manage backlogs, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and executive communications; provide data-driven status, risk/issue tracking, and mitigation plans across global programs.

• Partner with security, platform engineering, infra/app teams to implement standards (e.g., access controls, networking patterns) and guide GCP-integrated solutions.

• Establish streamlined processes between internal teams and technology providers; ensure documentation, internal marketing, and onboarding flows are complete and current.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of experience leading complex global IT programs across cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise application domains.

• Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its integration across identity, networking, and automation patterns.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear roadmaps, requirements, and executive‑level communication for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $78.00 per hour
