Overview: SpendMend® works exclusively with hospitals, healthcare systems, and higher education organizations. We offer a unique suite of recovery audit, pharmacy and consulting services.

This role will guide the VMS team ensuring the day-to-day execution of the review including managing VMS team members, ensuring work is done timely and accurately and ensuring the client is provided with necessary updates and reporting.

Ideally our candidate would have some AP Supervisor or Received Not Invoiced (RNI) reporting experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and comprehend Receipts Not Invoiced (RNI) reports and vendor AR statements of account.
• Ability to develop plans and execute special projects as identified by our clients.
• Work with our sales team to qualify clients.
• Ability to present our capabilities to potential clients.
• Ability to present our results to existing clients.
• Work with developers to enhance and automate the process.
• Management of VMS team members.
• Ability to direct and manage for concurrent VMS projects.
• Being an effective member of the Management team through participation in the management decision process and meetings as needed.
• Perform detailed performance evaluations.

Travel: None

Supervisory Responsibilities: VMS team (5 – 10 FTE’s)

Skills: The individual must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills for contact with clients and vendors. It is imperative to be analytical. The individual must be professionally minded, well organized, self-directing and a highly motivated team player.

Ideally our candidate would have some AP Supervisor experience or experience in dealing with Received Not Invoiced reporting.
