Fabrication Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support a 10-person fabrication team

• Operate and oversee metal looms, brake presses, shear presses, and welding stations

• Read blueprints and ensure dimensional accuracy for all jobs

• Perform and direct MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and forming operations

• Maintain production throughput, quality standards, and workplace safety

• Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

What You Bring:

• Prior supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting

• Strong mechanical aptitude and welding/fabrication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
