Role Overview:
As a Jaeger-LeCoultre Specialist, you will serve as an ambassador of the brand, leveraging your expertise and enthusiasm for fine watches to guide clients through their purchasing journey. You will be responsible for creating meaningful relationships with clients, showcasing exceptional product knowledge, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands, including their history, craftsmanship, and technical details.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while providing a consultative and client-focused approach.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain a pristine and inviting showroom environment, ensuring all displays reflect the sophistication of our brand.
• After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional follow-up care, assisting with services such as maintenance, repair, and personalized client requests.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to remain an expert in the field.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
• Passion for fine timepieces and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a sophisticated and diverse clientele.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and poise.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
