Overview

Jackson Dawson is hiring a customer-focused professional to join our Performance Vehicle Concierge Team.

In this remote role, you will serve as the brand representative for high-net-worth customers who have been selected to purchase an exclusive, high-performance vehicle. You will personalize and manage the entire customer journey — guiding each client through selection, design, ordering, build, and delivery.

Through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, you will build strong rapport with your assigned customers, anticipate their needs, and manage expectations while keeping every program deadline on track. Customers are assigned in batches, each with their own production timeline, and you will be accountable for moving them through each phase on schedule. Staying current on product and industry knowledge is essential, as you will regularly incorporate it into your conversations.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator — both written and verbal — who listens actively, multitasks with ease, and manages time effectively. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, readily support colleagues, and remain disciplined and accountable for the success of your own customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing product and program training to communicate confidently with customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers across every phase of the program
• Proactively deliver personalized, preference-driven experiences for a portfolio of high-net-worth customers while managing their expectations
• Provide "one-call" service by leveraging the full team and available resources so every customer need is handled seamlessly
• Manage program tasks, timelines, and communications for customers moving through individualized journeys
• Participate in team meetings to stay familiar with other concierges' customers and provide coverage when needed
• Support internal order prioritization, scheduling, and build processes, along with related customer communications that build excitement and anticipation for delivery
• Develop proficiency with program tools and technologies, including virtual meeting platforms, program management databases, and customer CRM systems
• Contribute to program planning, activation, and measurement to ensure a consistently high-quality luxury experience
• Communicate daily with Program HQ and the overall project management team
• Use data and measurement insights to inform forward planning and personalize each customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality or retail — agency, venue, or brand side (e.g., hotel, airline, travel, real estate)
• Bilingual in German and English strongly preferred
• Availability to work weekdays 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET to support European customers
• Proven experience handling complex, high-end customers and resolving issues with discretion
• Demonstrated background in delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Ability to communicate and present clearly to high-profile individuals across a wide range of industries — from entertainers to financiers
