Product Owner

The C2 Group
Grand Rapids, MI

Position Summary:

The Product Owner role at The C2 Group serves as the bridge between client stakeholders, business strategists, and solution engineers to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experiences. The Product Owner values curious, accountable, and collaborative problem-solving tactics that combine focus, technical fluency, adaptability, thoughtful prioritization and clear communication while contributing with a low ego, team-first mindset.

The Product Owner is a problem solver and will help execute the client's deliverable “product vision”, manage priorities, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. The role must have the technical aptitude to guide cross-functional team members through successful delivery across digital platforms, customer experience initiatives, personalization, experimentation, AI-enabled workflows, and marketing technology ecosystems, all while enabling a successful customer journey.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-paced, collaborative environments.
