Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for repair and installation.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated systems and robotics.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Welding and light fabrication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
