Warehouse Associate

Location : Saranac, MI Shift : 2nd Shift Pay : $19.00 per hour

Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Saranac, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to maintain organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse processes while supporting overall production flow.

What You'll Be Doing
As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

Product Handling : Organize, palletize, and package products for shipping.
Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies.
Documentation : Use Hilo to document and store files on the company server.
Team Collaboration : Work with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.

In addition, you will also be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications :

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably on 2nd shift

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule

Skills :

• Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Hilo or similar warehouse management systems

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices

• Experience with palletizing and packaging machinery

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
