Treasury Manager
A Kforce client in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their team. This client is a hospitality company. This role will be fully in office. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage equity and debt movements
- Prepare and distribute financial reports
- Deliver property valuations
- Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries
- Build valuation models for acquisitions and projects
- Develop P&Ls for potential contracts
- Coordinate filings and compliance reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of finance, treasury, or asset management experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate
- Experience with financial modeling and valuations
- Familiarity with P&Ls and funding models
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
