Job Summary:
We are looking for a Test Technician with strong skills in electrical and mechanical systems to set up, test, and troubleshoot robotic automation equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in robotics, automation testing, and manufacturing environments .

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and inspect robotic automation systems for mechanical, electrical, application, and safety performance .

• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity targets.

• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and technical documentation.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet engineering and manufacturing standards.

• Use electrical and mechanical tools to perform testing and repairs.

• Maintain tools and equipment in accordance with company procedures.

• Organize and maintain a clean work area using 5S workplace organization methods .

• Adhere to safety protocols including HAZMAT handling, lockout/tagout, robot safety, PPE use, and risk assessments.

• Complete work orders and documentation in an ERP system .

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies .

• Proficiency with hand tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting techniques .

• Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial setting (MIOSHA or similar).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate degree, technical certificate, licensed/apprentice status, or equivalent experience in electrical or applied science preferred.

• 1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, robotics, or automation testing .

• ISO 9001 experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Operate machinery and hand tools.

Work Environment:

• Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled facility with occasional off-site assignments.
