Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage the plant's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards across all operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage the supply chain for operational effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of P&L management and leading manufacturing operations.
• Extensive experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) leadership from a manufacturing perspective
• International business or global supply chain experience
