• Scheduling and dispatching of Service Technicians
• Provide Technician support
• Working closely with customer service representatives to keep customers informed
• Provide effective and accurate communication to technicians, management, parts department and the other dispatchers
• Reviewing of the Technicians workload and adjusting as required
• Monitoring of the Service Work In Process (WIP) by Technician and Scheduling to reduce downtime and WIP
• Improve communications between the Service Department & TechniciansCompetencies and skills
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to utilize multiple platforms including Microsoft products, ERP, vehicle GPS software and more
• Highly effective communication through multiple avenues
• The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently
• Understanding how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to schedule and route Technicians for the most efficient and effective use of billable timeEEO/AA Statement
