Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise healthcare solutions and relationship management to drive client success and foster long-term partnerships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
This role is 80% remote, but occasionally onsite client meetings, downtown St. Petersburg office days, conference, and team meetings may be required.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Sales Enablement:
You will be responsible for driving account growth through a mix of independent sales efforts and collaboration with the assigned Business Development (BD) leader for each account. This includes maximizing account value, generating testimonials and referrals, and creating upsell and expansion opportunities. While this role does not carry a traditional quota, you will be accountable for quarterly expansion goals, either in partnership with a BD leader or directly on your own. . - Product Adoption:
You will be responsible for engaging your clients to fully adopt the product, ensuring everyone is trained and understands the value - Knowledge Sharing: The account manager will be responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of the solution and industry trends to effectively act as an advisor to the client. This expertise will enable them to provide tailored guidance and support throughout the engagement
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, objectives and challenges
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction and long-term value, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as a thought leader, advisor, and strategic consultant to C-Suite executives. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including Onboarding, Customer Support, Technology, and Sales to ensure seamless service delivery. - Product Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions. Conduct refresher training to support client business needs. - Performance Monitoring:
Track account performance and client satisfaction metrics, using data-driven insights to strategize and drive improvements. - Data Analytics: This goes hand in hand with performance monitoring. Review and analyze data, creating reports and presentations for the client and business development team.
- Other duties as assigned to drive business initiatives forward.
In this role, you will manage 150-300 accounts (SMB & Enterprise mix). The goals of this position are centered around:
- % of clients exceeding company product benchmarks
- Quarterly expansion goals (in partnership with BD)
- Creating upselling and growth opportunities
- Generating case studies and testimonials
- Client satisfaction
- Attrition & Reconversion Rate
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 7+ years of experience in Healthcare / Home Care / Senior Living Preferred
- 7+ years account management experience
- Proven experience in enterprise healthcare solutions, solutions consulting and account management
- Data analysis experience highly preferred
- Project Management experience highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts projects simultaneously
- Resourceful; goes over, under, around challenges to find success
- Determined; ability to roll up your sleeves, handle multiple priorities effectively, and take initiative
- You are a phenomenal teacher. You enjoy coaching others, you are patient, and can effectively convey knowledge to others
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and certain of victory. Unfazed by rejection.
- Coachable; listens to and implements instructions from the Director.
