We are currently seeking a Support Server to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Food Runner and Back Server, and plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive hospitality in alignment with Coeur’s service culture and guest standards.

• Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth communication and flow of service.

• Run food and present each dish with clarity and enthusiasm, including full knowledge of preparation, ingredients, and potential allergens.

• Support all stages of the guest experience including table maintenance, water service, marking for courses, and clearing/resetting tables.

• Maintain a keen awareness of table layout, timing, pacing, and guest cues.

• Ensure that service stations remain clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.

• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and plates as needed.

• Prepare your station for service and complete all required opening/closing sidework.

• Provide auxiliary beverage service including coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic offerings.

• Demonstrate professionalism, composure, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

• Be a model of hospitality and professionalism, always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience.

What We Look For:

• Previous experience in high-end or fine dining service preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

• A gracious, team-oriented demeanor with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

• Passion for food, beverage, and thoughtful service.

• Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure while maintaining poise.

• Familiarity with hospitality service standards, food safety, and sanitation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain one).

Compensation & Culture:
