We’re looking for motivated, coachable, and client-focused Benefits Specialists to join our growing team. You’ll be working directly with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in insurance— no cold calling, just warm leads and inbound inquiries. Your job? Help guide them through the benefits enrollment process and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Whether you're an experienced agent or just getting started, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact and follow up with inbound leads and out bound leads who requested information on benefits
• Help clients understand and enroll in life insurance plans that fit their needs
• Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule benefits consultations
• Provide personalized support and build strong client relationships
• Keep accurate records and follow-up activity using our CRM system
• Work independently while also collaborating with a supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in insurance, customer service, sales, or benefits (preferred but not required—we provide training)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Comfortable on the phone and able to clearly explain insurance options
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
• Must be able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Insurance license (Life & Health) is a plus – or willing to obtain one with our guidance
