What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their style and prescription needs
• Take precise optical measurements and ensure proper frame fitting and adjustments
• Educate patients on lens types, coatings, and eyewear care
• Place and track optical orders, verifying accuracy and delivery timelines
• Perform basic eyewear repairs and adjustments
• Work closely with our optometrists, technicians and front desk team to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Keep our optical displays clean, organized, and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Prior experience as an optician or in optical retail (preferred)
• ABO certification (a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn optical systems and software
• A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
