About the Role:
Join Xperience Xscape Travels as a Cruise amp; Tour Specialist and help clients plan, book, and enjoy their dream trips! This fully remote position provides flexible hours , comprehensive training , and the chance to work with a supportive team. No prior travel experience is needed — if you love travel, helping people, and providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary updates, and trip coordination via email, phone, or chat
Provide accurate destination and travel information
Support clients with documentation and travel-related questions
Keep detailed records and follow company processes
Deliver friendly, professional, and timely communication
What You’ll Need:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Quick learner with an ability to master new tools and systems
