• Physician in Practice: Attending physicians available 24/7, for consultation
• Support Staff: 1 full-time NP, 2 PRN PAs
• Specialty Backup: Ortho, OB, General Surgery, Neuro, Urology
• Case Mix: Emergency Medicine
• Beds in the Dept: Mt pleasnt25, Lansing 50
• Trauma Level: IV
• EMR: Cerner
• Other Info:
– APP works autonomously with physician available on site
• Annual ED volume:
– Mt Pleasant 20,000
– Lansing 40150
–ED staff respond to house codes
–Paramedic/ambulance radio supervision required
