Location - Grand Rapids, MI

Position Summary:
The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, dependent on their trade. They are responsible to ensuring high-quality installations, adherence to timelines and safety protocols, and exceptional homeowner experiences. This role supervises field crews, coordinates logistics, communicates with homeowners and collaborates with internal departments to ensure project success and alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight and Quality Control
- Supervise all installation projects dependent on the trade
- Ensure quality standards and manufacturer specs are followed on all jobs
- Address and correct any workmanship issues promptly
- Support tickler and on-call requests as needed
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate crews
- Ensure proper safety practices, branded attire and professional conduct on job sites
- Communicate crew performance, scheduling needs, and absences with the in-office Production Team
Customer Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout installation
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, provide updates, and handle change orders
- Resolve on-site concerns with minimal disruption and focus on satisfaction
- Encourage reviews and feedback upon project completion
Branding & Marketing Support
- Promote the company Brand on-site with job signs, door hangers, and business cards
- Submit quality photos and videos of installations for marketing use
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project records in designated CRM/Project Management programs
- Track material usage, labor, returns, and expenses
- Audit labor invoices
- Submit before and after photos and ensure Return Forms are completed
- Approve labor sheets and submit project updates to Leadership
