Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination for raw materials and finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across all operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, quality, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis for operational decision-making.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and optimizing manufacturing efficiencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
