What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant at Gordon Chevrolet, you’ll guide customers through a transparent, professional buying experience while building long-term relationships.

• Greet customers and conduct needs-based interviews

• Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and technology

• Educate customers on purchase and lease options

• Use consultative selling to match customers with the right vehicle

• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

• Prospect, network, and set appointments

• Use CRM tools to follow up and build repeat and referral business

• Complete required GM online training

• Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and team goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic

• Professional, positive, and customer-focused

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working flexible hours and every other Saturday (until 3pm)

Previous automotive sales experience is a plus — but we will train the right person with the right attitude.
