Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system malfunctions and production issues.
• Optimize existing automation solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead the commissioning and validation of new automation equipment and production lines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and project scopes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical control schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics platforms (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES integration and industrial database solutions (e.g., SQL)
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) architectures and edge computing
• Experience with advanced CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
