Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee all stages of quality control, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspection.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Conduct training for quality personnel on new procedures, equipment, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Proven experience conducting internal or external quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
