About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electronic Monitoring Installer & Account Manager. This unique position combines hands-on fieldwork installing GPS and alcohol monitoring devices with client-focused account management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Field Duties (50%)

• Install, remove, and inspect electronic monitoring devices (e.g., GPS, SCRAM CAM, Remote Breath).

• Conduct installations at the office, jail facilities, or court settings.

• Explain device usage, expectations, and responsibilities to clients.

• Clean, disinfect, and reset equipment for reuse.

• Maintain accurate records of installations and removals.

Account Management Duties (50%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, including courts and supervising authorities.

• Monitor client compliance and communicate any violations or concerns.

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.

• Coordinate scheduling, billing questions, and follow-ups with both clients and staff.

• Ensure accounts are well-maintained, organized, and accurately documented in the system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree in criminal justice is a plus).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Able to pass a background check and obtain jail clearance.

• Comfortable working in jail and court environments.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and confident using computers, software, and mobile technology.

• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting equipment (up to 25 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in criminal justice, law enforcement, or electronic monitoring.

• Prior case management, customer service, or administrative experience.

• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional after-hours availability may be required
