Preroll Technician
Reports to: Production Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Production
Location: 21445 Hoover Rd. Warren, MI 48089
Pay Range: $18.00 / per hour
Position Summary:
The preroll technician will be responsible for manufacturing prerolls using a knock box. This person will be responsible for hitting daily production goals and communicating when there are challenges around not completing production goals for the day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling in accordance with company standards
- Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations
- Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity
- Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
- Accurately track and record product data using required systems
- Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment
- Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals

- Consistently meets production quotas while maintaining high product quality
- Produces pre-rolls with uniform weight, appearance, and pack consistency
- Maintains accuracy in tracking, labeling, and documentation
- Supports team efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability

- None
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
- Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required
