ResponsibilitiesPolicy Management: Facilitate policy changes, renewals, and other customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Client Assistance: Provide exceptional support and service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and service requests in our system.
Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
Expert Consultation: Utilize your expertise to guide clients in choosing the best insurance packages to meet their personal needs.

RequirementsLicensing: Active Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the insurance industry.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
