Wolverine Crane & Service is expanding in Kalamazoo, MI and hiring an Administrator. This is a

crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This position involves a

combination of

administrative tasks including, but not limited to, billing, customer service, scheduling, and data

management.

The ideal candidate shall be self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective

communication skills to effectively support our team and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Answering phones, provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving

issues or getting the customer to the correct person who can.

• Manage calendars, emailing customers to schedule inspection appointments.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
• Billing jobs out in our Crane ConnectX software, and Quick Books.
• Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure efficient access to information.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining office

supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in computer software applications. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

• A proactive approach to communications and a willingness to learn new skills.
