What You Bring to the Table

Deep understanding of all major digital marketing concepts, channels, and performance levers.

Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns and digital growth funnels, specifically across Meta and Google. Bonus points if you have experience with App campaigns, and PLG (product-led growth).

Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with raw data, developing dashboards, forecasting, measuring attribution and payback, CAC/LTV modeling, and providing actionable insights.

• Fluency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Semrush or SimiliarWeb), and ideally Firebase and Google Tag Manager (not required).

Ability to create and place media strategically across platforms to amplify reach, engagement, and revenue.

Passion for testing, iteration, and improvement — you rely on data to guide every decision.

What We Need You to Do

Lead all digital marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, podcasts, CTV/OTT, and emerging channels.

Launch and optimize campaigns t hat introduce EverFriends to new audiences and drive meaningful engagement.

Place and distribute digital marketing content across channels where our users spend their time — ensuring consistency, relevance, and emotional impact.

Develop performance dashboards and run deep analysis to understand what drives acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Experiment constantly — using A/B testing, funnel optimization, sequencing, and creative iteration to achieve breakthrough results.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Content, and Customer Care to ensure landing page performance, App Store Optimization (ASO), and a unified user experience across every touchpoint.

Own SEO/GEO, SEM, and digital advertising across all channels including paid social, programmatic and native display, podcasts, and CTV/OTT.

Bring ideas to life with a balance of creativity, technical fluency, and data-backed decision making.
