We are seeking a skilled Alignment Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality alignment services while prioritizing safety as the top goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and replace components such as tie rod ends, drag links, U-bolts, and shims.
Inspect vehicles and identify worn or damaged parts; recommend necessary repairs.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and verify repairs through thorough testing.
Utilize methods, materials, tools, and techniques for vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
Operate Beeline Alignment tools, requiring basic computer skills.
Adhere to safety practices and procedures at all times; follow all federal and state requirements.
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work area.
Accurately document services and repairs performed.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other agencies, and the public.
Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers' service specifications.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of alignment experience is required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and part of a team
State Inspection License is required
Ability to obtain a CDL
