Nursery Yard Associate - Full Time
Location: Novi, MI
At Great Oaks Landscape, our passion drives us to be leaders in the landscape industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Yard Associate to join our team at our Novi nursery.
Position Overview:
The Nursery Yard Associate will support the Nursery Foreman and team in maintaining an organized, clean, and healthy nursery environment while assisting with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Nursery Foreman with maintaining organization, plant health, and overall cleanliness of the nursery yard
Load and unload plant materials for deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers (experience required)
Support general nursery operations as needed
Qualifications:
Experience operating forklifts and/or skid steers required
Knowledge of plant materials is a plus, but not required
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday (Saturday is a half day)
Overtime available
