Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric environment
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and intervention strategies
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
• Passion for supporting the development and growth of students with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy requirements
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on educational goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and other school staff for integrated care
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for student success plans
• Serve as a resource to staff and families by sharing strategies that encourage functional independence
