Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–12 and K–3
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document student performance and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Provide therapy services individually and in small groups to achieve optimal educational outcomes
