Located in Livonia, Michigan, our agency has a strong presence in the local community and is known for our commitment to professionalism and integrity. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of policies and handle any inquiries or concerns that may arise.

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.
Understand clients' insurance needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of policies and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to enhance knowledge and provide informed advice.
RequirementsPrior experience in Insurance customer service or a related field is a must.
Licensed in P&C
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
Proficiency in computer software applications.
