Professional

• Workweek: Mon-Fri, 4.5 days, half day Friday for Admin work
• Patient Volume: Around 10–12 patients per day, including on-treatment visits. Walking into a well-established patient panel
• NO CALL, NO WEEKENDS
• Very strong emphasis on work life balance — described as slower-paced but engaging
• Medical Director Title and stipend
• Mostly bread-and-butter oncology (breast, prostate, lung, CNS).
• Team Members Consist of On-site medical Oncologist Physicist, Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapists.
• Technology:
  • Currently using the Elekta Infinity Linear Accelerator machines
  • New Varian Truebeam system
  • They have IMRT, Bringing on SRS and SBRT
  • One radiation vault on site
  • 10-chair oncology infusion center.
  • EMR - Epic
• Base salary of $650,000+ guaranteed, negotiable
• Medical Director title and stipend
• No state income tax in WY, adds to net income
