Helm is actively seeking aftermarket sales professionals in the automotive parts industry. As a Territory Sales Representative with Helm's bproauto parts division, you will be responsible for growing the sales, penetration, and loyalty of bproauto parts within CDJR dealerships, auto repair shops, national and major accounts as well as warehouse parts distributors in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Increase sales, loyalty, and utilization of bproauto parts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Automotive aftermarket outside parts sales experience preferred
  • Represent and develop the bproauto brand to new and existing OE dealerships, auto repair shops, national and major accounts, and warehouse distributors to conquest sales from existing suppliers.
  • Conduct sales visits alone or with representatives from the OE dealership or warehouse distributors.
  • Generate new wholesale accounts by networking, cold calling, market research, etc.
  • Routinely interact face-to-face with OE dealerships, auto repair facilities, national and major accounts, and warehouse auto parts distributors to foster strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and purchase loyalty.
  • Consult with all levels of dealership management to increase utilization of bproauto parts on customer and internal (used) vehicles.
  • Coach and train dealership employees on bproauto parts feature and benefits.
  • Coordinate with dealer parts managers to maintain appropriate inventory to facilitate retail, internal, and wholesale sales goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce/ equivalent software to log all contacts and interactions.
  • Provide feedback to bproauto corporate team regarding product, pricing, and incentive opportunities to increase sales.

En tant que représentant commercial régional pour la division des pièces bproauto de Helm, vous serez responsable de la croissance des ventes, de la pénétration du marché et de la fidélisation de la clientèle pour les pièces bproauto au sein des concessions CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram), des ateliers de réparation automobile, des grands comptes nationaux ainsi que des distributeurs de pièces en gros dans votre territoire assigné.

Les responsabilités comprennent les éléments suivants :

  • Augmenter les ventes , la fidélité et l'utilisation des pièces bproauto afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
  • Expérience souhaitée dans la vente externe de pièces de rechange automobiles.
  • Représenter et développer la marque bproauto auprès des concessions d'origine (OE) existantes et nouvelles, des ateliers de réparation automobile, des grands comptes nationaux et des distributeurs en gros afin de conquérir des parts de marché sur les fournisseurs existants.
  • Effectuer des visites commerciales seul ou accompagné de représentants des concessions d'origine ou des distributeurs en gros.
  • Générer de nouveaux comptes de gros grâce au réseautage, au démarchage téléphonique, aux études de marché, etc.
  • Interagir régulièrement en personne avec les concessions d'origine, les ateliers de réparation automobile, les grands comptes nationaux et les distributeurs de pièces automobiles en gros afin de favoriser des relations solides, la satisfaction des clients et la fidélité des achats.
  • Conseiller tous les niveaux de direction des concessions pour augmenter l'utilisation des pièces bproauto sur les véhicules des clients et les véhicules internes (d'occasion).
  • Accompagner et former les employés des concessions sur les caractéristiques et les avantages des pièces bproauto.
  • Coordonner avec les directeurs de pièces des concessions pour maintenir un inventaire approprié afin de faciliter les objectifs de vente au détail, internes et en gros.
  • Utiliser Salesforce (ou un logiciel équivalent) pour enregistrer tous les contacts et interactions.
  • Fournir des commentaires à l'équipe de bproauto corporate concernant les opportunités de produits, de prix et d'incitatifs afin d'augmenter les ventes.
Requirements:
  • 90% daily travel with some overnight travel required depending on assigned market.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Aftermarket or dealership account management.
  • Brand and product representation / training.
  • Ability to develop relationships with independent repair facilities
  • Sales/Relationship Building

Exigences :

  • Déplacements quotidiens à hauteur de 90 % , avec quelques nuitées à l'extérieur à prévoir selon le marché assigné.
  • Diplôme universitaire souhaité , mais non exigé.
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente est fortement souhaité.
  • Expérience en gestion de comptes dans le secteur des pièces de rechange ou en concession.
  • Représentation de marque, de produit et formation.
  • Capacité à développer des relations avec des ateliers de réparation indépendants.
  • Vente et développement de relations commerciales.

  • Maîtrise de l'informatique , y compris la suite Microsoft Office, les courriels et le Web.
  • Fortes capacités d'organisation et souci du détail.
  • Compétences efficaces en gestion de projet.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication , tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
