Sales Manager (East Coast)
Position Title: Sales Manager (East Coast)
Location: East Coast, United States (e.g., New Jersey / surrounding area)
The Sales Manager (East Coast) will lead sales strategy and execution across the East Coast
region, managing a portfolio of key accounts, distributors, and channel partners. This role is
responsible for team leadership, revenue growth, and strategic planning, ensuring that company’s products achieve maximum market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the East Coast sales team or direct reports (if applicable).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue, market share,
and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts, and channel partners in
the region.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to adjust strategy
and tactics.
- Drive new business development within retail, foodservice, and Asian channel segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support customer
needs.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on KPIs, forecasts, and
business performance.
- Represent company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as
needed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen sales capability and
succession planning.
Qualifications / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership
role, preferably in food, CPG, or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a competitive environment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and P&L understanding.
- Bilingual Korean required; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, or
Spins preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the East Coast region.
