What You’ll Do

• Deliver patient-centered care: Conduct exams, gather health histories, and make informed clinical decisions.
  

• Partner with physicians: Prescribe treatments and medications with physician collaboration to provide well-rounded care.
  

• Lead diagnostics: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
  

• Promote wellness: Counsel patients on lifestyle, preventative care, and family health planning.
  

• Perform essential procedures: Administer immunizations, sutures, wound care, and other outpatient procedures.
  

• Guide the care team: Oversee and support technicians and medical assistants.
  

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care or Pediatrics (preferred, not required).
  

• Active Michigan FNP license (required).
  

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
  

• Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-focused with a readiness to take initiative.
