And now we’re looking for a **Web Developer** who wants to build the kind of software people talk about.

This is an **inoffice role at least 3 days per week** in Grand Rapids, MI.

## **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Writing clean, modern, maintainable code (Laravel, Vue, Inertia, or similar)
- Collaborating directly with leadership to ship features fast
- Turning raw ideas into polished, functional software
- Owning projects from concept → build → deploy
- Improving performance, speed, and reliability across our platform
- Working inoffice with a small, elite team that moves fast

- Strong experience with modern web development (PHP/Laravel, Vue/React, Tailwind, etc.)
- Ability to architect clean, scalable systems

- A portfolio, GitHub, or examples of things you’ve built
- Bonus: experience with automation, dashboards, or recruitingrelated tools
