Lead Residential HVAC Installer (Boilers & HVAC Systems)

Full-Time | $65,000-$100,000+ Annually

Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to install high-quality HVAC, boiler, and comfort systems while helping supervise, train, and develop installation team members. Key Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC systems, boilers, mini-splits, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork to company standards; supervise and mentor installers; train team members on installation best practices, code compliance, and company procedures; ensure projects are completed on time and within labor budgets; perform equipment start-ups and testing; maintain exceptional customer communication; manage job documentation, change orders, and job packets; and lead by example through professionalism, technical excellence, and integrity.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience; strong experience with furnaces, boilers, A/C systems, mini-splits, and duct systems; EPA certification and universal refrigeration license; blueprint and technical knowledge; leadership and training ability; strong customer communication skills; ability to independently complete projects from start to finish; NATE certification preferred; and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
